Belarus
Belarusian cooking is simple, filling and very fond of potatoes, which are turned into pancakes, bakes, dumplings and casseroles. Alongside them come buckwheat and barley, rye bread, wild mushrooms, pork, cured pork fat and dairy. Many dishes are shared with Polish, Lithuanian, Ukrainian and Russian cooking.
