Cuisine
Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein, set between Switzerland and Austria’s Vorarlberg, cooks like its Alpine neighbours, with cheese, flour, potatoes and maize. Its best-known dish is käsknöpfle, little cheese dumplings, and ribel, a maize semolina dish, was long an everyday staple.
